Gen Digital Fiscal Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Increase; Sets Fiscal Q1, 2025 Outlook -- Shares Rise

04:22 PM EDT, 05/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Gen Digital ( GEN ) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $0.53 per diluted share, up from $0.46 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.52.

Revenue in the quarter ended March 29 rose to $967 million from $947 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $965 million.

The company expects fiscal Q1 EPS of $0.52 to $0.54 on revenue of $960 million to $970 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ are looking for EPS of $0.53 and revenue of $965.2 million.

In fiscal 2025, the company expects EPS of $2.17 to $2.23 on revenue of $3.89 billion to $3.93 billion. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ forecast EPS of $2.22 on revenue of $3.94 billion.

The company maintained a quarterly dividend of $0.125 a share, payable June 12 to shareholders of record May 20.

Gen Digital ( GEN ) shares rose more than 5% in after-hours trading.
