GEN Restaurant Group Files Shelf on Behalf of Selling Shareholders

11:29 AM EDT, 05/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GEN Restaurant Group ( GENK ) filed a registration statement Monday for the potential sale of up to about 28.2 million common shares on behalf of certain selling stockholders.

The offering, which will be made from time to time, also includes about 27.8 million shares issuable to the selling stockholders upon the one-for-one exchange of class B common units of the company's subsidiary, GEN Restaurant Cos.

The company said it will not receive proceeds from the offering.

Price: 4.02, Change: -0.04, Percent Change: -0.99
