Genco Shipping & Trading Changes Dividend Formula to Increase Cash Distribution for Shareholders

07:46 AM EDT, 09/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Genco Shipping & Trading ( GNK ) said Tuesday that it has removed the drydocking capex line item from its formula to calculate quarterly dividend.

This change will increase the amount of cash available for distribution to shareholders starting in Q3, the company said.
