05:49 PM EDT, 06/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Gencor Industries ( GENC ) received a notice from NYSE Regulation saying it is out of compliance with NYSE American listing standards after failing to file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31 by the May 18 deadline.

Under NYSE rules, Gencor has six months from the filing due date to regain compliance by submitting the report, with a possible extension of up to six additional months at the exchange's discretion.
