Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.19.

Revenue for the quarter ended September 30 was $1.11 billion, down from $1.17 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.19 billion.

For the full-year 2025, the company is now expecting overall net sales guidance to be approximately flat as compared to the prior year, down from previous guidance for net sales growth to be 2% to 5% over the prior year.

Shares of the company were down by more than 13% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
