General Dynamics IT Unit Gets $922 Million Deal to Modernize US Central Command IT Infrastructure

03:59 PM EDT, 03/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- General Dynamics Information Technology, a unit of General Dynamics ( GD ) , said Thursday it was awarded a $922 million contract to modernize the US Central Command's enterprise IT infrastructure.

The contract has a one-year base period and five option years, the company said, adding that it will leverage cloud, AI and machine learning and zero trust capabilities to strengthen operational readiness.
