05:28 PM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- General Mills ( GIS ) said late Tuesday it expects to book about $70 million charges in Q4 of fiscal 2025, primarily severance costs, as part of a multi-year transformation initiative to boost productivity.

The firm said it expects total charges of about $130 million, including about $120 million in cash, when it completes the plan in fiscal 2028.
