General Motors, OnStar Face Lawsuit by Arkansas Attorney General Over Alleged Sale of Data

01:25 PM EST, 02/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin said Wednesday his office has sued General Motors ( GM ) and its subsidiary OnStar for allegedly deceiving Arkansans and selling data collected via OnStar to third parties, which then sold the data to insurance companies.

General Motors ( GM ) did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
