04:30 AM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Generation Income Properties ( GIPR ) said late Wednesday it has sold two assets to repay a loan.
The assets, one of which is an industrial building leased to Auburn University in Huntsville, Alabama, and the other a Starbucks retail location in Tampa, Florida, were previously encumbered under a single commercial mortgage-backed securities loan.
The company said the proceeds from the sales fully repaid the loan's $10.5 million principal. The company now has only one remaining commercial mortgage-backed securities -encumbered property, which is a 7-Eleven in Washington D.C.
