Generational Group Advises LumEfficient Lighting Corporation in its Sale to an Individual Investor at Noble Venture Partners

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisory firm for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of LumEfficient Lighting Corporation to an Individual Investor at Noble Venture Partners. The acquisition closed September 17, 2025.

Based in Brentwood, Tennessee, LumEfficient Lighting Corporation offers advanced industrial lighting for mission-critical environments. They specialize in energy-efficient, durable lighting systems for facilities such as warehouses, manufacturing plants, and hazardous locations. Their products emphasize reliability, low maintenance, and global availability. The Company was solely owned by Randy Reid, President, prior to the transaction.

After the closing, Mr. Reid said, “I am humbled and honored to sell LumEfficient as this sale allows me to spend more time with my family and to continue my work advocating for the lighting industry.”

Generational Group Vice President, M&A, Lance Thomasson, with the support of Senior Managing Director, M&A, Don Ho, successfully closed the deal. Mr. Thomasson and Mr. Ho are further supported by Managing Director, M&A, Central Region – Michael Goss and are members of his transaction group. Senior Managing Director, Terry Stidham and Senior M&A Advisor, Maria Sutej established the initial relationship with LumEfficient Lighting Corporation.
