Genius Sports Names Kenneth Kay Board Chair

04:52 PM EDT, 06/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Genius Sports ( GENI ) said Thursday that Kenneth Kay will become board chair, starting in June.

Kay has been an independent director at Genius Sports ( GENI ) since March 8, 2023. He was previously chief financial officer at MGM Holdings.

Kay succeeds David Levy, who will continue as a strategic advisor, the company said.

Claire Valoti, former Snap (SNAP) executive, will also become a Genius Sports ( GENI ) independent director.
