Genius Sports Prices $144 Million Public Offering

09:36 AM EST, 01/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Genius Sports ( GENI ) said Wednesday that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 17.6 million shares at $8.50 per share, for net proceeds of $144 million.

The offering is expected to close on Thursday, the company said.

The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Price: 9.61, Change: +0.40, Percent Change: +4.34
