Analysts polled by FactSet expected EPS of $0.01.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $166.3 million, compared with $120.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $156.8 million.

For 2025, the company said it now expects revenue of $655 million, compared with its prior outlook of $645 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $644.8 million.

Genius Sports ( GENI ) shares were up 4% in recent premarket activity.
