Genpact Units Price $400 Million Notes Offering

03:59 AM EDT, 05/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Genpact ( G ) said late Thursday the pricing of an offering of $400 million principal amount of 6% senior notes due 2029 by its wholly owned US and Luxembourg subsidiaries.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include debt repayments, the company said.

The offering is expected to close on June 4, subject to customary closing conditions.

Price: 32.75, Change: +0.19, Percent Change: +0.58
