09:58 AM EST, 12/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Genprex ( GNPX ) said Monday that it has completed the phase 1 dose escalation portion of a trial of Reqorsa gene therapy in combination with Tecentriq to treat extensive stage small cell lung cancer.

The company also said the Safety Review Committee has approved initiating the phase 2 expansion part of the trial.

Shares of Genprex ( GNPX ) were down 7% in recent trading.
