11:57 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Genprex ( GNPX ) said Tuesday that it has struck deals to sell 377,780 shares at $9.00 per share in a direct offering.

The clinical-stage gene therapy company said it will also issue short-term warrants to buy up to 755,560 shares at an exercise price of $8.75 per share that will be immediately exercisable.

Genprex ( GNPX ) said it plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes. It expects to close the offering Oct. 29, with H.C. Wainwright as the placement agent.

Shares were down over 17% in recent trading.
