Genuine Parts Names William Stengel as CEO; Paul Donahue Transitions to Executive Chairman

05:57 PM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Genuine Parts ( GPC ) said Monday that Chairman and Chief Executive Paul D. Donahue will transition to executive chairman, starting June 3.

President and Chief Operating Officer William P. Stengel II will succeed Donahue as CEO and join Genuine Parts ( GPC ) board, according to the company.
