GEO Transport Receives 5-Year Contract With US Marshals Service

10:34 AM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GEO (GEO) said Monday its subsidiary GEO Transport has signed a five-year contract, including option periods, with the US Marshals Service to provide secure transportation and contract detention officer services.

The contract is expected to generate up to roughly $147 million during the five-year period, or up to about $29 million in revenue for every full year of operations, GEO said.

GEO shares were rising about 2% in recent trading.
