German American Bancorp Q2 Earnings Decline, Revenue Increases; Declares Dividend

05:44 PM EDT, 07/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- German American Bancorp ( GABC ) reported Q2 earnings late Monday of $0.69 per diluted share, down from $0.75 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.35.

Revenue, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, for the quarter ended June 30 was $64.9 million, compared with $63.2 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $61.4 million.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.27 per share, payable on Aug. 20 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 10.
