BERLIN, June 12 (Reuters) - The German government, which

holds about 13% in German biotech firm CureVac ( CVAC ), is in

principle in favour of the planned takeover by domestic peer

BioNTech, the economy ministry said on Thursday.

The usual review procedures would now be initiated, the

ministry added.
