DUSSELDORF, Germany (Reuters) - DHL is set to acquire U.S. pharmaceutical logistics firm Cryopdp for a three-digit million-euro sum as part of the German company's efforts to expand in the pharma sector, a source familiar with the matter said on Monday.

DHL declined to comment on the matter.

Cryopdp ships products for pharmaceutical and biotech companies and is active in 16 countries, as well as offering storage and packaging services.
