Getty Images Prices Senior Secured Notes Due 2030

05:39 PM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Getty Images Holdings ( GETY ) said late Monday it has priced $628.4 million of 10.50% senior secured notes due 2030.

The offering is being made related to its proposed merger with Shutterstock ( SSTK ), Getty said. It expects to close the offering Oct. 21.
