Getty Realty Q2 Adjusted FFO, Revenue Increase; Lifts Full-Year Guidance

04:57 AM EDT, 07/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Getty Realty ( GTY ) reported Q2 adjusted funds from operations late Wednesday of $0.58 per diluted share, up from $0.56 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.57.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $49.9 million, up from $44.7 million a year earlier.

The company increased its 2024 AFFO guidance to $2.30 to $2.32 per diluted share from the prior range of $2.29 to $2.31. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $2.32.
