02:39 PM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GFL Environmental ( GFL ) has acquired Superior Waste Industries from Red Dog Equity in an all-cash deal, the private equity firm said in a Tuesday statement.

Financial details were not disclosed.

Stifel was the financial advisor to Superior on the deal, it said.

GFL shares were up over 1% in recent trading.
