07:17 AM EDT, 04/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GFL Environmental Inc. ( GFL ) announced Thursday that its board of directors has declared a 10% increase to the regular quarterly cash dividend on its subordinate voting and multiple voting shares.

The dividend increases from US$0.013 per share to US$0.014 per share. It will be paid April 30 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 15.

Ontario-headquartered GFL is a diversified environmental services company providing solid and liquid waste management and soil remediation services.
