GFL Environmental Plans $210 Million Bond Offering to Refinance Florida Waste Facilities

07:56 AM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GFL Environmental ( GFL ) said Tuesday it plans to participate in an offering of $210 million of solid waste disposal revenue bonds from Florida Development Finance.

Proceeds from the offering will be loaned to the company's subsidiary to finance or refinance certain solid waste disposal facilities in Florida.

The company also said the loan is an unsecured obligation guaranteed by GFL and certain of its subsidiaries.
