GFL Environmental's Secondary Offering of Subordinate Voting Shares Closes

04:59 PM EST, 03/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GFL Environmental ( GFL ) said late Tuesday certain selling shareholders closed their secondary offering of 21 million subordinate voting shares.

The offering was by BCEC-GFL Borrower (Cayman), Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board, GFL Borrower II (Cayman), Poole Private Capital, and entities affiliated with HPS Investment Partners, GFL said.

Price: 34.89, Change: +0.01, Percent Change: +0.03
