07:30 AM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GFL Environmental ( GFL ) said Friday that certain shareholders plan to sell 16,611,295 subordinate voting shares in the company at US$45.15 per share

The shareholders are BCEC-GFL Borrower (Cayman) LP, an entity affiliated with BC Partners Advisors; Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board; GFL Borrower II (Cayman) LP and entities affiliated with HPS Investment Partners LLC.

GFL previously said it will not receive any proceeds from the share sale.

GFL also agreed to purchase for cancellation a total of 1,275,000 shares from RBC Dominion Securities under the offering.

The base shelf prospectus is now accessible while the prospectus supplement can be accessed by Nov. 24, GFL said.
