OSL is a stevedoring and cargo handling company at the East Coast ports of India and currently handles more than 50 million tonnes of cargo in different sectors.

The simplified single window portal is aimed at helping entrepreneurs, businessmen and startups in the hospitality sector, by ensuring a single easy-to-fill form, which enables them to get/renew licences from five different agencies, including Delhi police, MCD, NDMC, Delhi fire service and DPCC, simultaneously, within a fixed time frame of 49 days.

The post-Budget webinar was co-led by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeiTY) and the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).

The Competition Commission of India had approved the transaction in July last year.
