Giftify Eyes $5 Million Via Direct Offering of Shares

04:23 PM EST, 12/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Giftify ( GIFT ) said Friday it signed an agreement with certain investors to raise roughly $5 million in gross proceeds via a registered direct offering of its common shares.

The offering is set to close on Dec. 26, the company said.

Shares of the company were down nearly 2% in after-hours trading.
