GigaCloud Technology Approves $111 Million Share Repurchase Program

06:33 AM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- GigaCloud Technology ( GCT ) said Monday its board has approved a new share repurchase program to buy back up to $111 million of its shares over the next three years.

The company said it plans to fund repurchases through its existing cash balance.
