03:31 AM EDT, 08/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GigaCloud Technology ( GCT ) said Thursday Chief Financial Officer David Lau is resigning to pursue other business interests, effective Aug. 19.

Lau will stay with the company as an adviser until Sept. 19.

The company's Vice President of Finance, Erica Wei, will serve as interim CFO. Wei joined GigaCloud ( GCT ) in August 2023.
