09:35 AM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- GigCapital7 (GIGGU) said Thursday it has priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 per unit.
The units are expected to be listed on Nasdaq and trade under the ticker symbol 'GIGGU,' starting Thursday, the company said, adding each unit comprises one class A ordinary share and one redeemable warrant.
Once the securities start separate trading, the class A shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols GIG and GIGGW, GigCapital7 said.
The underwriters have been given a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 3 million units to cover over-allotments.
The offering is expected to close Friday.
