G-III Apparel Q1 Non-GAAP Net Income Declines, Revenue Rises; Fiscal 2025 Adjusted Earnings Outlook Revised

08:02 AM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- G-III Apparel ( GIII ) reported fiscal Q1 non-GAAP net income Thursday of $0.12 per diluted share, down from $0.13 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected a loss of $0.03 per share.

Net sales for the quarter ended April 30 were $609.7 million, compared with $606.6 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $616.7 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income of $0.22 to $0.32 per share. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $0.33. Net sales for the quarter are anticipated to be about $650 million, G-III Apparel ( GIII ) said. Four analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $664.6 million.

G-III Apparel ( GIII ) said it now expects fiscal 2025 non-GAAP net income to range between $3.58 and $3.68 per diluted share versus $3.50 and $3.60 per share anticipated previously. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $3.55. Net sales for the year are still expected to be about $3.20 billion, the company said. Four analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $3.20 billion.
