G-III Apparel's Fiscal Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings, Net Sales Fall; Lowers Fiscal Year Net Sales Outlook

07:33 AM EDT, 09/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- G-III Apparel ( GIII ) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $0.25 per diluted share, down from $0.52 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.09.

Net sales for the quarter ended July were $613.3 million, compared with $644.8 million a year earlier. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $571.1 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q3 net income of $1.43 to $1.63. Four analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.88. G-III Apparel ( GIII ) expects fiscal Q3 net sales of $1.01 billion. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.1 billion.

For fiscal 2026, G-III Apparel ( GIII ) expects non-GAAP net income of $2.55 to $2.75 per diluted share. Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2.90. G-III Apparel ( GIII ) now expects fiscal 2026 net sales of $3.02 billion, compared with prior estimate of about $3.14 billion. Three analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.13 billion.
