07:43 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gilat Satellite Networks ( GILT ) said Tuesday that its Peruvian unit signed an additional $25 million agreement with the country's Pronatel telecommunications program to upgrade the broadband network in the Cusco region.

The company said that the migration is planned over the next 12 months, with services to be delivered for a five-year period.

Gilat Satellite shares were up 5.1% in recent premarket activity.
