12:33 PM EDT, 03/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Gilat Satellite Networks ( GILT ) said Thursday that its DataPath unit won a $5 million order from the US Department of Defense.

The additional order is for DKET 3421 terminals that provide a satellite network hub in the form of a single-skid with the flexibility to leverage available satellite assets, the company said.

Shares of the company were up more than 2% in recent trading activity.
