07:42 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gilat Satellite Networks ( GILT ) said Wednesday its Gilat DataPath unit received a contract worth more than $7 million to supply transportable SATCOM terminals to the US Department of Defense through a prime contractor.

The order covers multiple units of Gilat DataPath's DKET 3421 transportable terminals and related services, with deliveries expected by the end of 2025, the company said.

The DKET 3421 is designed for rugged field use, supports multi-carrier operations, and can scale up to 32 modems, Gilat said.

Gilat shares were 1.9% higher in premarket trading.
