Ginkgo Bioworks, GreenLab Launch Partnership to Produce Sugar Substitute Brazzein

11:21 AM EDT, 05/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ginkgo Bioworks ( DNA ) and GreenLab said Tuesday they are launching a new partnership to produce the sweetener brazzein at commercial scale.

Brazzein is a protein found in the fruit of the Oubli plant, which is native to West Africa, the companies said.
