05:51 PM EDT, 07/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Glacier Bancorp ( GBCI ) late Monday said it has completed its acquisition of six bank branches in Montana previously owned by Heartland Financial USA (HTLF).

Glacier previously said the transaction is projected to add $0.03 per share to its estimated 2024 earnings per share, excluding one-time acquisition-related items.

The deal includes two branches in Billings and one each in Bozeman, Plentywood, Stevensville and Whitehall, Glacier said.
