Glacier Bancorp Unit Gets Regulatory Nod to Buy Six Montana Branches From HTLF Bank

05:03 PM EDT, 04/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Glacier Bancorp ( GBCI ) said Thursday that its Glacier Bank unit received regulatory approval to complete its acquisition of six Montana branch locations of HTLF Bank, a subsidiary of Heartland Financial USA ( HTLF ) .

The company said it expects to close the transaction in July.
