09:12 AM EST, 11/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Gladstone Investment ( GAIN ) said Friday it will redeem on Dec. 16 all $74.8 million of its 8.00% notes due 2028.

The company said noteholders will receive the full principal amount along with accrued and unpaid interest through the redemption date.

The 2028 notes will be delisted from the Nasdaq Global Select Market following the redemption, the company said.
