10:31 AM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Dynavax Technologies ( DVAX ) shareholder Deep Track Capital said Wednesday proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis has recommended shareholders to vote in favor of its two director nominees to Dynavax ( DVAX ) board at the 2025 shareholder meeting.

Glass Lewis recommended investors to vote for Brett Erkman and Donald Santel and against Chairman Scott Myers and director Brent MacGregor, Deep Track said.

Deep Track, which owns about 14.82% stake in Dynavax ( DVAX ), is seeking support from shareholders to back its four nominees.
