Glass Lewis recommends investors vote against two Spirit Aero directors

April 4 (Reuters) - Proxy advisory firm Glass Lewis has

recommended Spirit AeroSystems ( SPR ) shareholders vote against

the election of two directors, including the head of the

aerospace supplier's risk committee, at the company's 2024

annual meeting.

Spirit, which is in talks to be bought by its biggest

customer Boeing Co ( BA ), was not immediately available for

comment.
