The company issued more than 33.5 million units at $1.20 each, including a total of near 4.4 million over-allotment option units. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable for one common share at a price of C$1.50 per warrant share at any time on or before October 16, 2027.
