Global Atomic Raises $37 Million in Bought Deal Public Offering of Units

10:17 AM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Global Atomic ( GLATF ) said Thursday it has raised more than $37 million from its bought deal financing of units, including the partial exercise of the over-allotment option which raised an additional $2 million.

The company sold a total of 58.9 million units at $0.62 apiece. Each Unit consists of one share and one three-year warrant to buy a share at $0.80.

Proceeds will be used to advance Global Atomic's ( GLATF ) Dasa Project in Niger and for general working capital purposes.

Global Atomic ( GLATF ) is down $0.005, to $0.51, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
