Global Atomic Raising $20 Million in a Bought-Deal Offering of Share Units

05:06 PM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Global Atomic ( GLATF ) on Wednesday said it will raise $20 million in a bought-deal offering of share units.

The company is selling an underwriting syndicate 32.26-million units, with each priced at $0.62 and made up of a share and a three-year warrant to buy a share for $0.80.

Underwriters have also been granted a 15% over-allotment option.

Proceeds will be used to advance the company's Dasa Project in Niger as well as for working capital purposes. The financing is expected to close around Oct. 23.

Shares of Global Atomic ( GLATF ) closed down by $0.02, or 2.8%, to $0.70 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
