Global Business Unit American Express Global Business Travel Says UK CMA Approved CWT Acquisition

08:09 AM EST, 03/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Global Business Travel Group ( GBTG ) unit American Express Global Business Travel said Thursday that the UK Competition and Markets Authority has approved its acquisition of CWT.

American Express Global said last year that it valued the deal to buy the business travel and meetings services provider at $570 million.
