07:48 AM EDT, 06/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Global Medical REIT ( GMRE ) said Monday its board has appointed Mark Decker Jr. as chief executive officer and president, effective immediately.

Decker, who also joins the company's board, succeeds Jeffrey Busch, who will remain as non-executive chairman.

Decker most recently led the net lease real estate investment strategy at Proterra Investment Partners.
