Global Net Lease Closes $620 Million in Dispositions

09:55 AM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Global Net Lease ( GNL ) said Thursday that it closed $620 million of dispositions through Monday.

The dispositions, including its pipeline of potential asset sales, currently total $1.1 billion, the company added.
